How a Lynn heat pump shop started
Heat pump trouble in Lynn is what we fix every day, and the crew that picks up the phone lives and works right here. When your unit goes quiet, you're talking to people who know these streets.
How Lynn Heat Pump Repair started
Lynn Heat Pump Repair has been serving all of Massachusetts. Our story starts the way most service-business stories should: with a frustration at how complicated and impersonal HVAC service had become. We set out to do it differently, our own HVAC technicians instead of subcontractors, plain explanations, careful work, and the kind of follow-through that earns repeat customers.
"Treat every customer the way we'd want our own families treated, honestly, carefully, and without upselling."
Our values
Straight talk
We explain what's wrong with your heat pump in plain words, so you know what the repair involves before anyone picks up a tool.
Local know-how
Lynn homes run heat pumps through damp winters and salty air off the harbor, and our HVAC technicians know what that does to outdoor units over time.
Respect for your home
Our HVAC technicians cover floors, keep the work area tidy, and leave your thermostat and filters the way they found them unless you asked for changes.
